Hi, Thanks for joining me on this journey and reading my posts. Just a little about me: I’m a Jesus loving, daughter of the King, wife to Scott, mom to three wonderful children and grandma to four of the most adorable, precious and amazing grandchildren! My passions are Jesus Christ, my family, friends and helping others. I love to write and speak about Jesus Christ, and I love teaching His Word, the Bible. I also love to share with others all that I have learned about wellness through my life journeys.
I am a certified Life Coach through Lifeforming Leadership Coaching and I have a Master of Science Degree in Dental Auxiliary Teacher Education (I was a dental hygienist and educator), a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education and an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. I also wore the hat of a homeschooling mom during my youngest child’s school years.
